Man And His Symbols
"Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darkness of other people."
This series pays homage to the work done by Psychoanalyst Carl Jung in his book 'Man and His Symbols'. The notion of Archetypes is interpreted through these simple works and taken into a contemporary context. It supports the notion of contemporary archetypes and how they reoccur contentiously throughout time, perhaps with slight differentiation. It does not aim to be critical in anyway of the theory but rather proclaims its existence in the contemporary era. The works were done intuitively and instantly all of the five from the series (6 in total).
